- if you live in Voronezh, but prefer to stay at home now;
- if you live in another city, village, or village and there are no reliable and competent service centers nearby;
- if you want to take your gadget for warranty repair, but there is no authorized service center in your region;
- if you want to entrust repairs to professionals with modern technical equipment.
How does the delivery process work? Answer:
- You leave a request for delivery on our website ristes.ru.
- You will be contacted by your personal Manager, who will coordinate further actions: whether you need a preliminary consultation with a technical specialist or arrange delivery immediately, time, date and address of delivery.
- Next, you will receive a courier service.
- The Device is coming to us.
- When each device arrives, a video of its status and appearance is captured.
- The Device is passed to a specialist.
- Diagnostics is being performed.
- Diagnostic results are agreed with the client.
- Repairs are performed if the client agrees to them.
- If you refuse to repair the device, it is sent back to the customer, after prior agreement with the personal Manager of the date, time, and address.
