How does the delivery process work? Answer:

  1. You leave a request for delivery on our website
  2. You will be contacted by your personal Manager, who will coordinate further actions: whether you need a preliminary consultation with a technical specialist or arrange delivery immediately, time, date and address of delivery.
  3. Next, you will receive a courier service.
  4. The Device is coming to us.
  5. When each device arrives, a video of its status and appearance is captured.
  6. The Device is passed to a specialist.
  7. Diagnostics is being performed.
  8. Diagnostic results are agreed with the client.
  9. Repairs are performed if the client agrees to them.
  10. If you refuse to repair the device, it is sent back to the customer, after prior agreement with the personal Manager of the date, time, and address.
